Policies at Sew Much Love Quilt Store

 We want you to love what you buy at Sew Much Love, but If something isn't right, you can return most items within 14 days of receiving them. Cut fabrics, however, are not eligible for returns. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Refunds go back to your original payment method. 

 

Sale items may be returned within 14 days for store credit only. 

 

If an item arrives defective, we will cover the return shipping charges, otherwise, it will need to be paid by the buyer when returning products.

Cut fabric & Patterns

Custom work, including longarm quilting, t-shirt quilts, memory quilts and custom quilts

All services, which are non-refundable once work begins.
 

Machines from Grace and Q'nique longarm machines have a 30-day return window under Grace's manufacturer policy. Innova & Babylock machines follow the manufacturer's return policies.
